My name is Ed Dzenis, I'm 65 years old; I am the guy behind Roadkill911.  I have made some very serious allegations against the car insurance industry and their cohorts in the in the Province of Ontario. Posting on social media is the only reason why I won my case. I collected digital evidence of appointments and meeting and posted it for everybody to see. Many people have come forward and told me the same thing has happened to them after they had car accidents. Fentanyl Deaths In Canada: Many accident victims are plastered with Fentanyl patches.  They may recover from the accident, they will never get off Fentanyl.

Canadian doctors have been seeding the market for street dealer by dispensing 30 million Fentanyl patches every year. It is the reason Ottawa has bee silent during this onslaught of Fentanyl deaths across the country; they are responsible 100%. Fentanyl is 80 times more powerful that morphine and 80 times more difficult to get off. Do the math, the country is broke, going into recession again; it costs a fortune to keep one elderly citizen alive with medical problems. Multiply that by millions of aging senior; its cheaper to put a patch on them, and let them die of natural causes. Also, doctors are over-prescribing this deadly drug to car accident victims and for sports injuries. The Canadian government is turning a blind eye as the doctors are creating about a million addicts every year. This is what they did to me; I survived to tell the story.

If we stand together, we can stop these evil people:  Identify them and hold them accountable for the harm they have done against thousands of accident victims in the Province of Ontario and across Canada.  It has been my experience the insurance companies have always pushed the limits, however recently since the new legislation has been enacted, they are right out of control.  They act with impunity driven by their outrageous sense of greed and entitlement, because nobody is willing to stand up and challenge them.  With billions of dollars at stake they have corrupted the entire system from the top down; the legal system, doctors, and of course civil lawyers, in their bid to control the system. They are not about to give it up without a fight. This is the third catastrophic accident in our family (all caused by the other driver), I have studied them for 20 years, I know their weaknesses and their strengths.  This blog is a survivors guide to help you protect yourself and your family from the thugs in the insurance industry.

The question needs to be asked: Who benefits from the premature death of senior citizens and catastrophically injured car accident victims?  The government and car insurance companies save billions in healthcare costs; and the lawyer's of course make a good living in the process.

Where will it end?

It has been six years since my catastrophic accident, I have been working hard on my recovery.  I lost 100 pounds through good nutritional choices, off the 24 meds my doctor had me on. I just finished fighting a five year battle with the insurance company; now I am ready to re-visit some unfinished business with a few law firms and a few doctors.  I was not suitably impressed with their performance.

...but your Honour, looky here, they invited me to write a Google Review and post it on their facebook; they sent me a signed letter and everything. Before you know it, they took down my post and sent me an email advising me to govern myself accordingly. It must have been something I said. Considering the fortune I paid them, you think I would at least have a say regarding the job they did? I spent 3 months working hard on preparing a video deposition including all the digital evidence I collected over the 6 years featuring all the players just doing their thing. In any case, I posted many of these items before I recieved the email to govern myself accordingly. Maybe they think they can badger me?

Thomson Rogers sent me this letter on February 19, 2015 inviting me to write a Google Review about my experience with them.  I accepted the invitation, I called it Nightmare On Bay Street. Apparently everybody at Thomson Rogers was aware of my social media postings except the Managing partner. I sent them emails, they removed my posts from their facebook page after inviting me.  I advised them I intended to post the little video show featuring all the digital evidence I accumulated on all the players over the past 6 years. I advised my TR lawyer of this video many times via email and conversations we had during the time he represented me. More importantly the video shows how all the players  are all connected. It is one remarkable coincidence after another. Too complicated for a guy with a brain injury to comprehend.  We will leave it up to the Law Society of Upper Canada to see what is going on.  The recent email I received from the Managing Partner advised me to govern myself. He advise me I don't have permission to post anything about them or from them.  I think my earlier invitation trumps his nasty email to me. Besides all the material has been sent long sent to all corners of the planet: It's always about the emails. I paid them a very large sum of money and I will have my say about the relationship, only it won't be my words. It will be the words of all the players. People can decide for themselves who is the injured party.

Here is my formal invitation; too bad I uploaded my Google Review before I received to notice not to post.  Also the fact my email account has been hacked so many times it's not funny.  Plus I sent all the emails and all the digital material from my case to various human rights organizations and news outlets so everybody would know exactly the the hell is going on here.

Game On. First I get this formal invitation to write a Google Review about my experience with a major Canadian law firm; I'm calling it Nightmare on Bay St. I posted the invitation and my acceptance on fb. Shortly after I got a nice post from the managing director of the firm himself inviting me to share my concerns in a less public setting. So we talked and we talked,for a couple of months, got nowhere; lawyers eh. Then I get this little note today advising me not to post anything about them or from them, and to govern myself accordingly. Oooohhhh.. I wonder if that includes the one he sent me. OK for them, but not for me. Doesn't sound very fair. .He also advised me he has absolutely no idea what emails I was referring to; of course not. It seems I went through this once before with another managing partner; I won, he lost. Too Bad! We'll see what happens this time. It will all come out in the laundry; all of it. One word of advice: It's always about the emails.

The relationship between the insurance companies and all the other players is where the real corruption is taking place. In the first year after the insurance companies took over the medical industry in Ontario, 2400 treatment plans were denied by the insurance companies in one hospital alone; every single treatment plan signed off by the trauma staff at St. Micheal's This speak to the outrageous corruption in the industry. A recent survey of the many law firms in Ontario, most of them have scaled back or eliminated the personal injury department. All the car accident business is being funneled to a few select law firms. Accident victims are denied access to medical treatment as well as general damages to their lives. I know, I lived through a catastrophic accident; no big deal. The bigger problem was to survive the insurance racket and the law firm representing me. Is this a trick question? If I just posted the story about my experience with TR on my own accord, it might look like I am going out of my way to say some bad things about them. This is different, I got a formal invitation to write about my experience with TR. The long as I can back up whatever I say, it should be OK to post the story.
